Hello. I was a regulary player in 4starsgames for 2 years. I deposited 10k before 1 week and managed to get to 20k. Tried to withdraw and they cancel my withdrawal, asking for documents. I send them all documents, my pay slips for the past year. All they asked it was delivered. While i waited while my account was "verifying "i played the money. So even if my account was verifying i had right to deposit and to play again.

Today i couldnt play anymore they locked the games, So in simple words they left the money in my balance just to play them the other day.

The problem is there they have a cash back beam bonus every monday and they were running promotions from playson. Today my account should be credted with 600+. They dont credit. And tomorrow i was waiting for 1000 from Playson Tournament.

Instead they closed my account they just informed me . They closed because they said i didnt provide documents (In their rules stated that the user have 30 days to submit the documebts)

So i want a refund of 20k, (my account was in verifying state has 5 days) my monday cash back and possible winnings fron Playson Tournament. this is not fair.

On a live game called mega roulette, I placed 15 euros on the number 13 which happened to have a multiplier of 100. The ball landed on 13 and it did not appear on the winnings. It happened twice that evening where I had 10 euros on 18 and should have won 300. Both times I spoke to support at m22bet and they said due to a technically error they refunded my stake, losing out in 1800 euros combined. On Saturday, October 08, I played a bonus that they sent me in this casino, as I always read the terms of agreement of the bonuses, this casino unfortunately has a scam type system for its bonuses which doesnt adjust the maximum bet since it tries to make the user make a mistake so that it exceeds the limit that they estimate, for which I had I had to play very carefully without going over this limit to win and I did, I managed to win the maximum jackpot in the Dork Units game, as attached in the photo 10,000,000 CLP (10000 usd approx), that is, 10,000 times my bet of 1,000, the maximum bet that I can do according to the bonus is 5,000 CLP. After this I continued playing in the casino never passing the 5,000 bet to avoid problems and completed the bonus wager which was 3,000x, so I decided to withdraw money 3,000,000 clp which was what I was allowed.

After several days, they inform me that the money will be returned to my account (which is false) everything disappeared from my account, they left me 300,000 clp, I don't know why, 9,200,000 of what I had.

I need help with that, I've been playing in this company's casinos for months, always investing in their bonuses, getting paid occasionally and the first time I win something and they scam me?

What can I do? Where can I sue them apart from this place?

Hello,

Signed up with this casino around 7/2022. They let me signup, deposit, verified my account, and wager but after a few months of building up a profit and attempting to make my first withdrawal they flagged my account & closed it. I received an e-mail which i can forward but it states that they flagged/closed my account and they will allow me to withdraw my deposit but they will be retaining my profit.

I have deposited $1,250 into their book and tallied a balance of $4,666. They closed my account before i could even get my deposit back and ever since have not responded back to any of my e-mails. I have filed an official complaint with their gaming commission but communication has been lacking there as well. They owe me almost 5k and i really need some help here if possible.

I called the bank to see where the money was appearing from and they told me of a pending transaction is not claimed by the merchant it will go back into my account. There is 2 deposits I have made, that never made it into my account, but were processed from the origin bank/wallet, etc... Which it means that they received those amounts. Now, Where is that money? It just could not... vanish.... Someone has it. Who and why dont they give me MY MONEY or at least tell me what is going on?

I have spoken with severeal agents over the chat and sent emails that have never been replied, not even once, ever. And those agents just play the answering machine role.... they just cant do anything about it, but to tell you to wait another 48 hours for a response, which how I just explained... never happens.
